TERMITE CONTROL

TWO TYPES OF TERMITE TREATMENTS

PRE-TREATMENT/NEW CONSTRUCTION:  Termite chemical is applied to the soil prior to new slab being poured for a new construction. If you build a home/business in Mississippi, a Termite Pre-treatment is required by Department of Agriculture Bureau of Plant Industry.

RE-TREATMENT/POST TREATMENT (EXISTING STRUCTURE):  Termite treatment done to an existing building or structure by trenching around the foundation and filling trench with appropriate amount of chemical before putting soil back in. Sometimes requires drilling where concrete meets existing structures.

AVOID TERMITE DAMAGE WITH QUALITY TREATMENTS

Termites are one of the leading causes of structural damage to homes. When you have termite problems, you can actually have more damage than what you see. Call us to learn more about our termite services and to receive a FREE estimate to help you identify the best solution for your termite problems.

PRE-TREATMENT SERVICE

Before you build your new home, call us to set up a soil treatment spray. Initial spray will include a one year warranty period and an option to renew for a yearly renewal fee after the initial year.

Continuing the initial warranty will not only be much cheaper for you, but it will also provide continuous termite coverage during what can be a very critical time. Early prevention will help you avoid serious termite problems in the years to come.

RE-TREATMENT SERVICE

Do you suspect a termite problem in your home? If so, your first call should be to Termite Control Specialists. We will conduct a FREE inspection of your home and help you understand our findings and your options. We only use Termidor on existing homes. Even if there are no signs of active infestation, it may still be a good idea to get a termite treatment and start a yearly termite renewal.

A Termidor treatment will stop Subterranean and Formosan termites from attacking your home or business! No monitoring or bait system is needed. Termidor is all you need.
